Depending on the nature of your business, you will need to submit the required documents based on the following guide 
 

What documents do I need to submit? 

Thank you for choosing Openfloat. Below are the documents required for the different business types; 

Limited Company

• Certificate of incorporation

• Latest filed returns/latest CR12 

• Company KRA pin

• ID/Passport of Directors  

• Directors KRA pin

• Regulatory licence (if applicable)

• Minutes or resolution authorizing entry into business dealing with Pesapal

• Signed Pesapal contract 

• ID/Passport of shareholders(Including beneficial owners)

Sole Proprietor  

• ID/Passport

• Business certificate/Business registration

• KRA pin

• Signed Pesapal contract  

• Regulatory licence (if applicable)

Partnerships/LLCs  

• Certificate of registration

• Latest filed returns/Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company  

• Partnership's KRA Pin / Partnership deed

• ID/Passport of Partners  

• Partners KRA pin

• Regulatory licence (if applicable)

• Minutes or resolution authorizing entry into business dealing with Pesapal

• Signed Pesapal contract
